We used About Plumbing for our new construction as well as the install of an additional ADA shower head. My wife noticed some differences in finishes on some plumbing parts, and they took a look, agreed and brought the right items and replaced them at no cost. On the new ADA shower head they installed everything perfectly. I highly recommend Brandon and his son - professional, friendly, listened to us and did the needful.

About plumbing really takes care of their customers. They installed a new water heater and replumbed it to make room for the larger tank. They were able to help me so quickly to make sure my business could get back open as soon as possible. I originally used CPI in the past but they didn't call me back for days. Jordan came out and looked at my leaky water heater. He was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me why my water heater was leaking. We decided it was time to replace the water heater and he let me know what to do to keep it maintained. Jordan was very professional and courteous and I really appreciated the fact that he was very cautious on wearing his mask and keeping things safe. I would refer this company to anyone.

Jordan from About Plumbing is really great to work with, as well as the receptionist on the phone that makes the appointments. Jordan has come out several times for various jobs. He is always very communicative and on time. He makes sure the job is done right and goes the extra mile to get it done on time and at the appropriate price, even if he has to make an extra trip for a part, or has to make multiple trips because the manufacturer part didn't work right (not his fault on a manufacturer replacement of a defective faucet). I've used other plumbing services in Mount Vernon in the past, and Jordan is the best! Also very respectful to automatically put on booties and mask before coming in my home. I highly recommend him.
